Built with key structural points, we make sure they are handled with accuracy and efficiency to not damage or further damage the addition itself or your home- especially garage floors.
Slabjacking: The Concrete Raising Solution
Slabjacking in comes in two different forms- mudjacking and polyjacking. The difference between both is the material used. It's the only viable solution to concrete raising without replacing the entire slabs. Any alternative forms of this should be disregarded and considered an expensive and temporary solution.
Our Leveling Process
Our process is relatively simple, yet requires an experienced technician to have the know-how. We drill a small hole into the cracked or sinking concrete slab creating an insertion point to reach underneath the affected area. We then take a small hose that is inserted into the opening and attached to our tank that's filled with either our patented cement mixture or polyurethane foam. Finally, we pump one of the two different materials into the sub-terrain filling all gaps or empty space until the concrete has lifted and realigned.
How Does Mudjacking Work?
We use the same method in every situation. The only thing that changes is the material that is pumped into the sub-terrain to raise the concrete. With mudjacking, we use a mixture of water, dirt, and cement that will harden and solidify once cured. Although standard contractors will use a base-line mixture, we have perfect patented solution from years experience that's strong, durable, and long-lasting.
Polyjacking: Polyurethane Foam Jacking
While traditional cement is an excellent solution, polyurethane foam is even better. With the latest advancement in technology polyurethane foam is an effective, versitile substance that is used in many trades. Polyjacking is the same method as mudjacking using this material. It's mutable nature allows us to fill all crevices and voids underneath concrete slabs- covering every minor and major empty spaces for 100% viability.
